Step two is not to repeat the things that caused you to be an addict. People who repeat what they did wrong cannot stop it. Stop what you are doing and take control of your life.
Step three is to go back to the source of the addiction. If you drink to escape the problems in your life, you can change this. Once you get control of your life, you can do all the things that you need to do.
Step four is to understand what led you to do this drinking. Learn why you are doing this to yourself and stop doing it.
Step five is to change your life. It will take time but if you stick to it, you will be able to do this on your own.
